If you have been following along you know that we have been discussing your friend Sugar and her manipulative and harmful ways. Do an experiment to lose sugar for 10 days and see how your body feels.  

I know you either really want her out of your life or you don’t know if you want her out of your life.  You probably think there is no way to get her out of your life even if you wanted.

You Can Lose Sugar for 10 Days

Whether you want her gone and don’t think you can or are not sure if you want her gone, you can lose her for 10 days. 

Try it and find out how you feel without your manipulative Sugar friend in your life.  I’m not saying to lose her forever or even to restrict yourself.  Just try a little experiment to take her out of your life one day at a time for 10 days and see how you feel.

There are many benefits to losing sugar for 10 days.

Your skin will glow.

You will sleep better.

You will have less belly bloat.

You will stabilize your blood sugar and have fewer cravings.

You will lose weight.

You will decrease the toxins in your body which means you will have less cellulite.

And If You Don’t Lose Sugar

You could stay where you are at with Sugar by your side.

Sugar increases your risk of cancer.

Sugar gives you belly problems.

Sugar accelerates aging.

Sugar increases anxiety and makes you moody.

Sugar weakens eyesight.

Sugar hampers weight loss.

How To Lose Sugar for 10 Days

Look Back at the posts about Where Sugar is Hiding and Sugar Alternatives to help you.

Then create a plan for the next 10 days that include meals with no refined sugar.

Create a shopping list based on that meal plan.

Get a diary to record how you feel about each meal.

Journal your thoughts so you understand where your sugar cravings are coming from.

Get a friend to provide accountability during your experiment.

Why not give it a try?  See what time without sugar does for you and your body.
