I’m a certified life coach on the journey to lose 75 to 100 pounds through fasting and choosing my thoughts.

I know what it’s like to lose 40 pounds in 20 weeks and keep it off.

But it wasn't always this way...

On February 16, my husband took us to hike up McKelligon Canyon to the top of the mountain.  I was 257 pounds and struggled to hike the easier beginning part of the trail.  My family was far ahead of me most of the time and many people asked if I was ok along the way.  My husband and children made it to the first cave but I couldn’t get there and had to stop.  The hardest part was watching my family go on without me.  Then the long 90 minute wait wondering if they were ok and knowing if not, I couldn’t help them. 

That’s when I decided my health was more important to me then the negative thoughts and binge eating I had been doing.  There had to be a simple way to lose weight and keep it off.  That’s the struggle though, right? I’d tried so many diets and exercise programs and they all failed. 

Then I tried fasting and I was able to stick with it and lose 40 pounds in 20 weeks.  I continue on my journey to finding better health and know that the fasting wouldn’t have worked for this long without the coaching.  Join me for this journey.

Obesity is not Your Fault!

All our lives we have been told we don’t meet the body standard.  We were told to ignore our body and our intuition and eat low fat, then low carb, no sweets, all sweets, only vegetables, only certain vegetables, no vegetables.

It is exhausting trying to follow someone else’s diet.  That’s the key.  It’s someone else’s diet and you are unique.  What you need will be different for what I need and even from what you own parents or siblings need.

I’ve solved the puzzle for me and want to help you solve that health puzzle for you.
