Low on Energy Exercise

Low on Energy? Exercise!

One of the ways to increase your energy is with exercise.  Please don’t run away or get scared.  Exercise does not need to be scary or hard.  Exercise is as easy as a fast walk or as intense as an hour weight lifting session.  It can be whatever you want it to be.  Remember not to start an exercise program without consulting your doctor.

The most important part is to Just Move Your Body!

Some Ideas For Movement

2. Yoga for 15-30 minutes

3. Walk for 15-30 minutes

What’s better than exercise?

Exercise with a friend or your kids!  If a friend is relying on you to show up then you will show up.   Remember that even if you don’t feel like it, once you get moving you will feel better and be happy that you got your body moving.    Your kids with be happy that you are playing with them and they get the added benefit of their park time being active playtime.
