Talk about Sugar for Health

Let’s Talk About Sugar Baby!

Let’s talk about Sugar Baby, let’s talk about You and Me.

Yup! You and I both know we eat sugar.  Why do we eat sugar?  Because we like it, uh-huh, uh-huh, we like it.

So Why Are We Talking about Sugar?

We used to think sugar just made us fat and we were willing to take the hit or gain the pound because it was so satisfying.

Sugar made us feel good at the end of the day after the kids were in bed and you had a few minutes to yourself.  Sugar helped us calm down instead of yelling at our kids or husband or both.  Sugar was there when we were lonely or sad or frustrated.

So What’s so Wrong with That?

Miss Sugar Query

Sugar is not the friend we thought she was.  She is sneaky and manipulative.  Sugar burrows her way into our hearts and makes us love her.  She makes us want her all the time to fulfill all our needs quickly and easily with little pain or thought.

The problem is, she is poison.  She is deadly.  Sugar is slowly poisoning you while making you addicted so you never let her go.  Sugar doesn’t want you to leave her and she’s got you believing you can’t live without her.

Oh No! What Do I Do?

What do you want to do?  Do you want sugar controlling you?

But it is so hard you say.  I know.  I know.

I also know that you can take control of what you put in your mouth.

But How Do You Take Back Your Power Over Sugar?

One thing is to understand what sugar is doing to you, your mind, and your body.  Next, is to find a way to decrease or remove sugar from your life.  We want to do it in a way that you enjoy and that satisfies those needs that sugar has been filling for you for all these years.
