What is a Bikini Ready Body?
There are a couple of questions to ask yourself to determine if your body is a bikini body.
Question 1:
Do you have a body?
I believe the answer is yes! If you don’t have a body you are in the wrong place.
Question 2:
Do you enjoy wearing a bikini?
If yes, awesome.
In no, why are you reading about having a bikini-ready body?
Question 3:
Do you have a bikini?
If yes, awesome.
If not, go buy one that you love.
Question 4:
If you answered yes to question 2, Does your bikini fit the body you have right now?
If yes, great.
If not, go buy a bikini that you love.
If you answered yes to questions 1 through 4 or 1 and 2 and bought or are buying a bikini then the answer it
YES, You Have a Bikini Body Already!
You do not need to do anything or look a specific way to rock a bikini if you love wearing a bikini.
Now let’s Get to the Spring Part.
Question 1:
Do you feel sluggish and have low energy?
Question 2:
Do you want to have better health and want to work towards better health this spring?
Question 3:
Are you cleared by your health practitioner to modify your food intake however you wish? or If you have a condition in which you need to eat specific foods or avoid specific foods, do you do this as part of your current diet, or are you well aware of the choices you are making that don’t meet your health practitioner’s recommendations?
Questions 4:
Are you committed to making changes in your life that you can keep forever?
If you answered yes to these four questions then you are ready to

Since you are already bikini ready or just don’t like wearing bikinis, we can just focus on improving your health and how you feel in your body.
The best way to focus on your health is by having a coach help, encourage, and keep you accountable during the process. It is also more fun with friends who are on a similar journey to improved health. So ask anyone you would like to do this with to join you.
This is not a way to lose 10 pounds in 10 days (that you’ll just gain back 3 weeks later) or remove all alcohol, chocolate, and chips so you feel deprived.
