Last year many of you joined me for Fasting for the New Year. 

It was great to have so many of you interested in learning how too fast.  I hope you found the Easy Guide to Intermittent Fasting helpful and easy to use.

Now that you know how to intermittent fast you need to take it to the next level.

Consistently Do Intermittent Fasting

Are you saying, “This didn’t work for me last year?”

Did you try it for a week with some results then give up?

Was it too hard to use intermittent fasting per your plan?

Did you have trouble creating a plan?

Did you forget you signed up because life got too busy?

Do Not Give Up

Do not give up on intermittent fasting especially if you got some results.  Do not give up on intermittent fasting if you didn’t set up a plan and try it.

This may be what works for you.  That is the big aha!

“What if it Works!”

You may be saying or thinking “it didn’t for me” but did you put your all into it?

Most importantly, did you ask for help?

Do you really want your health goal?  Whether that is to lose weight or get better health, is it a dream or something you want to go after with intention?

I get it.  I know how you feel.  I have started so many free and paid programs that just didn’t work for me.  The reason they didn’t work for me is that I didn’t work for myself.

Whether you join me for Fasting for the New Year or join someone else’s program, do it with passion.  Choose to do it with the intention to get what you want and keep going.  You can do this.

Your health goal is waiting for you to grab hold of it and hold on tight.

Understand that you can not do it alone.  Ask any person you know with results and they will tell you that they had people helping them, encouraging them, and giving them helpful information.

This year I want to make sure you have something in it.  Show that you have the intention to make this work this time and get the help you need to make your health goals happen.

This year it is not a free challenge.  Don’t worry it’s only $10 but putting something in will tell your brain that you are serious.

At the end of the challenge, you will have an opportunity to continue all year long to get the help and support you need to reach your health goals.
