All our lives we have been told we don’t meet the body standard. We were told to ignore our body and our intuition and eat low fat, then low carb, no sweets, all sweets, only vegetables, only certain vegetables, no vegetables.
It is exhausting trying to follow someone else’s diet. That’s the key. It’s someone else’s diet and you are unique. What you need will be different for what I need and even from what you own parents or siblings need.
