Do You Hate Something about Yourself

Do you Hate Something About Yourself?

Do you hate yourself?  Do you hate your body?  Do you hate your attitude?  Do you hate what you do or say?

How do you fix that?

Simple – STOP!

Too bad Simple isn’t equal to Easy!

I can hear you saying it.  Doesn’t seem simple.  You don’t understand everything I have been through.  Really I do.  Not exactly the same circumstances but I have my own that you would never want to have to go through.  I wouldn’t want to have your circumstances.  We are created in a unique and wonderful way and go through different things to grow us in different ways to be unique people.

What to Do With that Hate?

Write down on a slip of paper your hate sentence: Whatever it is you keep saying in your head that you hate about yourself.  Then tear it up and throw it away, shred it, or burn it.  Whichever feels most powerful to you.  Get rid of that thought.

What I want is for you to look at your wonderfully created self and tell that ego in your head that

You Are WORTHY!

You Are Precious!

You Are Wonderful!

You Are Loved!

It is tough to change those voices in your head but I know you can do it!

Fix-It!

Post It on Your Mirror, Kitchen, Front Door!

I ( insert name) am Worthy! I will be Kind to Myself today!

Use any of the sayings listed or the one pictured.

Look at and Say it Everyday!  You do not Hate Yourself!  You Love Yourself!  The hate is just a voice in your head that needs to be told where to go.  Tell it where to go by telling yourself you are worthy.

Is there something you don’t like about how you look, think, act, or say? Then decide to change it.  There are many ways to do that.  Change how you think about it.  Change your habits dealing with it.  Take a course to help you improve it. Get a coach to help you work through it.
